We are a friendly, informal church made up of people from all kinds of backgrounds. What brings us together is our faith in God and his Son, Jesus Christ, and the knowledge that life makes so much more sense as we live according to his purposes for us. We are also a church that seeks to express the love, truth and power of God to others in ways that really make sense to them and so we provide a range of traditional and modern forms of services and activities. We believe God is real, he loves us and that he works in our lives in ways that we can all experience.

If you've never been to St John's and wonder what it will be like then rest assured you'll be warmly welcomed. There's no dress code, just come as you feel comfortable. Feel free to participate or observe as much as you like. Our website will tell you more of what happens here. We aim to provide something for everyone, so take a look.

People come to church for all sorts of reasons, but whatever your circumstances may be, we would like to welcome you to join us in any way you feel appropriate. And if there is anything we can do to be of help, then please let us know.
